Specific Breakdown

• Small HP Models (3, 6, 8 HP): These parts are the standard "Go-To" for the classic 6 HP and 8 HP 2-stroke engines (often referred to as the 6G1 series). Some international 3A models also use these gaskets.
• Mid-Range (9.9 & 15 HP): For these models, this kit specifically fits the 2-stroke versions. If you have a 4-stroke (F9.9 or F15), these parts generally will not fit, as those pumps use a different internal configuration.
• Mariner Cross-Compatibility: Because Yamaha manufactured many smaller Mariner outboards during the 1980s and 90s, this kit also fits Mariner 6 HP, 8 HP, 9.9 HP, and 15 HP 2-stroke models with serial numbers beginning with "6G1" or "63V".
