Refund policy

All policies are subject to consumer guarantees and prevailing Australian Consumer Laws

Returns: Change of Mind / Ordered Wrong Parts

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please return in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for freight costs.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, gift cards, downloadable software products.

Returns: Consumer Guarantees / Faulty Parts:

Please notify any fault or issue with your order as soon as practicable.

Repair, replacement or refunds may be offered depending on the nature of the fault. You do not have to accept a repair where the fault is major.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. Please allow extra time for your bank / credit card company to process the return to your account.

Shipping
Products are to be returned to: Unit L-2, The Boat Works Marina, 1 Boatworks Drive, Coomera, Queensland 4209, Australia

Change of Mind / Wrong Parts Ordered: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Parts returns can be refunded but any shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure the returned part is sufficiently protected for shipping to avoid damage in transit which will normally prevent any refund from being provided.

Consumer Guarantees / Faulty Parts: If a part or product has failed and is covered under the applicable warranty or consumer guarantee, reasonable return shipping costs to us will normally be covered under the return. If this is the case, please contact us to arrange the return before you return the part(s) to us. Return shipping must be agreed in advance. Credit for shipping costs can only be provided once the part(s) have been returned to us. If the product is found not to have a problem, you may be required to pay the transport and / or inspection costs. 

Please ensure the returned part is sufficiently protected for shipping to avoid damage in transit.
