Refund policy
Change of Mind / Incorrect Parts Ordered
We offer a 30-day return period for change-of-mind purchases and incorrectly ordered parts.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition in which it was received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- The item must not be damaged, marked, modified, or altered in any way.
- Returned items must be packaged appropriately to prevent damage during transit.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns and incorrectly ordered parts.
If a refund is approved, the original shipping cost paid on the order will not be refunded.
For approved change-of-mind returns or incorrectly ordered parts, a restocking fee of 10% of the total order value, capped at AUD $100, will apply. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Any item received damaged, incomplete, or unsuitable for resale may be refused or may be subject to a reduced refund at our discretion.
Special-order items, non-stock items sourced specifically for a customer, clearance items, gift cards, downloadable software products, and perishable goods are generally not eligible for return unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
Please contact us before returning any item.
Faulty Parts / Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Repair, replacement, or refund options will be determined in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and the nature of the fault.
Proof of purchase is required.
For approved warranty or consumer guarantee claims, reasonable return freight costs will generally be covered by us.
The restocking fee does not apply to returns where a valid warranty claim or Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantee claim has been confirmed.
Please contact us before returning any item so that return arrangements can be approved.
If inspection determines that the product is not faulty, has been incorrectly installed, improperly used, modified, damaged, or is otherwise not covered under warranty or consumer guarantees, you may be responsible for freight, inspection, testing, and handling charges.
Refunds
Returned items must first be received and inspected before any refund can be processed.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, or payment provider to process the refund.
If you have not received your refund after a reasonable period, please contact us at:
