By upgrading to a 7.7-inch format over standard 6.5-inch marine speakers, you gain a massive boost in cone surface area. This extra size moves significantly more air, delivering enhanced efficiency, cleaner mid-range output, and deep, punchy bass that easily cuts through high winds, engine hum, and crashing waves.
