Product Overview

Protect high-horsepower outboard engines from contaminated fuel with this Standard 10-Micron Water-Separating Fuel Filter Assembly. Designed as a high-performance aftermarket direct replacement for Part Number 90798-1M740, this standard-capacity assembly is engineered for higher fuel-flow demands, larger engine displacements, and high-horsepower marine applications.

It traps ultra-fine debris, rust, and dirt while separating over 99% of free water from fuel before it reaches fuel injectors or carburetors. Constructed from heavy-duty, marine-grade non-corrosive resin (PPS), it resists saltwater degradation and rusting. The clear inspection bowl features a high-visibility red float ring that rises to indicate when accumulated water needs to be drained using the integrated drain valve.

  • Recommended For: 4-Stroke Outboard Engines from 70 HP up to 350+ HP (Yamaha, Mercury, Mariner, Suzuki, Tohatsu, Honda, etc.).

  • Maximum Flow Rate: Up to 200 Liters / Hour (approx. 53 GPH).

  • Hose / Barb Size: Designed for standard 8mm - 10mm (5/16" to 3/8") fuel lines.

Important Note: Recommended for 4-stroke outboard engines. Not recommended for 2-stroke pre-mix engines, as water-separating filters can strip the pre-mixed two-stroke oil out of the gasoline.
