Product Overview

Protect your outboard engine from contaminated fuel with this 10-Micron Water-Separating Fuel Filter Assembly. Designed as a high-performance aftermarket direct replacement for Part Number 90798-1M745, this compact fuel filter assembly is engineered to fit into tight bilge and transom spaces.

It efficiently traps dirt, rust, particles, and separates over 99% of free water from your fuel before it reaches your fuel injectors or carburetor. Constructed from a high-strength, non-corrosive composite resin (PPS) body, it will not rust or degrade in harsh saltwater environments. The clear visual inspection bowl features a high-visibility red float ring that rises to indicate when water needs to be drained.

Suitable Outboard Engines:

  • Recommended For: 4-Stroke Outboard Engines up to 70 HP (Yamaha, Mercury, Mariner, Suzuki, Tohatsu, Honda, etc.).

  • Maximum Flow Rate: Up to 100 Liters / Hour (approx. 26 GPH).

  • Hose / Barb Size: Designed for standard 7mm / 8mm (5/16") or 10mm (3/8") fuel lines.

Important Note: Recommended for 4-stroke outboard engines. Not recommended for 2-stroke pre-mix engines, as water-separating filters can strip the pre-mixed two-stroke oil out of the gasoline.
