Compatible Yamaha Models

This diaphragm is most commonly found on the following 2-stroke models:

  • 9.9 HP: 9.9F, 9.9MSH, E9.9D (Enduro).

  • 13.5 HP: 13.5A.

  • 15 HP: 15F, 15MSH, E15D (Enduro).

Note: These models typically cover the years 1996 to 2012 (and up to 2017 in some regions for the 15F).

Interchangeability & Differences

It is important to note that 63V-24411-00 and 6G1-24411-00 are often used in the same fuel pump assembly but serve different roles within the "sandwich" of the pump:

  • 63V-24411-00: Often referred to as the outer diaphragm. It usually features a 4-hole or 5-hole alignment depending on the specific pump housing.

  • 6G1-24411-00: Often referred to as the inner diaphragm.

In many 9.9HP and 15HP service kits, both are included because they work together to create the pulse needed to move fuel. If you are rebuilding the pump, you generally want to replace both at the same time to ensure a proper vacuum seal.
