Designed specifically to provide excellent durability for newer domestic and import vehicles that typically have closely-spaced bolt patterns, The Right Stuff 90 Minute Black outperforms conventional pre-cut gaskets by delivering an exceptionally strong and fast seal. It is blow-out resistant and can be used on applications including valve covers, intake manifolds, coolant flanges, oil pans, and timing covers.

The Right Stuff 90 Minute Black works on applications in all types of passenger and commercial vehicles, including medium and heavy-duty trucks, and has an operating temperature range from -54°C to 204°C.

DIRECTIONS:

1. For best results, clean and dry all surfaces with a residue-free solvent, such as Permatex® Brake & Parts Cleaner.

1. Cut nozzle to desired bead size – gaskets are best formed using a 1/16" to 1/4" bead (2-6mm).

1. Assemble parts immediately while silicone is still wet.

1. Finger tighten until material begins to squeeze out around flange.

1. Let dry for one hour then tighten to torque specifications.

1. Allow 90 minutes to cure before filling with fluids of returning to service. Replace cap after use.

NOTE: Not recommended for use on head gaskets or parts in contact with gasoline.
